our pretty raindrops

it has been raining off and on here, so I wanted the girls to make their own pretty raindrops. Katarina gets sad when it rains, but I have been trying to teach her rain is good, and can be beautiful.

Julia's orthodics

Well we got to pick up Julia's orthodics for her feet yesterday, so we are really happy about that. Then we had to take her shoe shopping which was harder than it sounds, the orthodics are so wide it was really hard to find shoes. And forget lace up shoes there was no way. Her normal shoe size is 6-6 1/2 and we had to buy size 8 1/2 shoes
She has to wear them two hours today, three hours tomorro, four the next day, and so on and so forth...... They hope these will help make her feet and ankles stronger so she will fall less.

daddys little friend

Well daddy came home from work today and found he had a friend on his shoulder. A ladybug! The girls were very excited, Julia wanted to hold it but then didn't like it because it tickled her finger.

More autumn leaves

well we had fun today, it wasa beatiful sunny day here in Cotati, So we went on a walk and collected leaves, then went home and made pretty "stained" glass leaf pictures. We had alot of fun. I think they are really pretty.

Julia sick but still cute!

Well Julias been sick for the past couple days, so she's been really whiny, and cranky, not wanting to do much of anything. Then Yesterday, i tried to take them for a bike ride and Julia fell off her bike and got a bump in the middle of her forhead which is the reason she insists on wearing a dora bandaid in the middle of her cute little head!

Pumpkin Patch trip #2

We had alot of fun on this trip too.We went into the Corn Maze!Twice. The first time I was sure I was getting us out the right way but we exited the entrance. We didnt feel that was right so we took a lunch break, saw some more animals climbed some more hay then went for Maze round number two! This time we were succesful we exited the exit. We were al so tired!
